Andre LaFosse is doing heroic work creating dozens of in-depth tutorial videos about the use of looping devices, going boldly where no one has gone before, all for the love of looping. After many videos about the Echoplex EDP, he has more recently started to look at a number of other sophisticated loop machines and software (Looperlative, Loupé, Beebo Loopler, Blooper, Zoia, Soma Labs Cosmos, Enso …). I love that beyond explaining how to use them for “regular” looping, he also explores their more rarely used exotic functions, creating experimental and surprising sounds and effects.
